
The Socimi Optimum III Value-Added Residential has sold an apartment building in Madrid for 20.2 million euros. The asset is located at Calle Edgar Neville 7 in the capital.
The listed company was advised solely by CBRE. The consultancy stated that “multifamily [buildings] are one of the most resilient assets at present.”
The Socimi was therefore able to cancel its real estate mortgage with the bank BBVA, whose debit balance amounted to more than 8.86 million euros at the date of sale.
