The Socimi Optimum III Value Added has received a purchase offer for the building it owns at number seven Calle General Moscardó. The operation was approved by the Board of Directors of the listed company on Monday.

This property was acquired by Optimum III Value-Added from the bank BBVA in 2017 for 14.8 million euros. The bank itself financed the operation with a loan amounting to 9,425,000 euros.
