OPEA Partners is exclusively marketing an industrial estate in Castilla-La Mancha for €65/ m2 of buildable gross leasable area (GLA), well below the average for the region, as Philippe Chevassus, the firm’s managing partner, told Brainsre.news.
The undeveloped site has a total surface area of 700,000 m2, including common and green spaces, and 550,000 m2 of GLA. Its sale price could exceed 35 million euros.
According to Mr Chevassus, two blocks of plots of more than 90,000 m2 can be built on this industrial estate to transform it into a logistics mega-hub. “It can also become a platform for trucks or simply a modern factory,” he said.
