Omo Retail Buys Land and a Commercial Premise for its First Fund

The fund owned by the former managers of Corpfin and Tenbrinke has acquired two plots of land and a commercial premise that it has leased to three international operators.

Founded by Juan Olivié, former Director of Investments at Corpfin, and Javier Fernández, former head of the German group Ten Brinke in Spain, the firm Omo Retail has closed three new retail investment operations for its first Omo Retail Invest fund, dedicated to the development and management of commercial real estate.
