The post-pandemic recovery is becoming palpable again across different segments of the real estate sector. The general return to in-person work and the exponential growth of e-commerce have caused investment to be focused on offices and logistics assets in recent months, specifically, during the third quarter of 2022.
According to BNP Paribas’s Investment Report Q3 2022, workspaces in Spain received investment of 1.18 billion euros between July and September 2022, the highest figure of any segment. Meanwhile, the logistics segment saw investment amounting to 967 million euros, placing it in third place in the Spanish investment market.
