Footfall in the Cuatro Torres Business Area of Madrid and in the 22@ district of Barcelona intensified in September, with a return to pre-Covid levels closest to happening in the Catalan capital, according to a study by CBRE.
Specifically, in the streets that comprise the Cuatro Torres office area, the number of people increased by 81% in September compared to August, placing the monthly average level at 33% below that registered in February.
