The chain Oca Hotels has completed the sale of two of its assets in Spain. Specifically, it has divested its hotels located in Rocallaura (Lleida) and Pantón (Lugo), both of which are four-star properties with a spa.
The group has sold these assets in order to undertake its expansion plan in Brazil and Portugal, without having to incur high financial leverage, according to the company. The price of the operations in Spain has not been disclosed.
