

The listed real estate group Nyesa, with its development and property business, has obtained support for its plan to avoid liquidation from 60% of its creditors, as reported to the CNMV.
The company has communicated that, within the period established to formulate adhesions to its Proposal to Modify the Company’s Agreement, which seeks to avoid its liquidation, at least 60% of the ordinary creditors have formulated favourable adhesions. The aforementioned period ends on Wednesday 20 January.
