This acquisition by Nuveen Real Estate will be added to the 216,000 square metres of gross leasable area (GLA) that the company already owns in Spain. The logistics building comprises two logistics warehouses plus office space.
The construction work has been completed this year and one of the warehouses is already leased to a logistics operator under a long-term contract, reports the company.
