The manager Nuveen Real Estate has put the Islazul Shopping Center up for sale. According to Cinco Días, Nuveen is seeking to rotate its portfolio and is asking 320 million euros for the asset.
Islazul spans a gross leasable area of 90,700 square meters. It is home to 180 stores, including several from the Inditex group.
