The sale of the Intu Xanadú shopping centre, located in the Madrilenian town of Arroyomolinos, is entering the home straight.
50% of the shopping centre has been up for sale for the last year after its owner, the British group Intu Properties, first started to have serious liquidity problems, which have ended with the firm filing for bankruptcy.
