The joint venture formed by Partners Group and Dunas Capital is going to invest 400 million euros in the creation of a residential rental platform.
The joint venture between the Swiss firm Partners Group and Dunas Capital has completed the purchase of 300 homes in Madrid. According to El Confidencial, the two companies have already invested 100 million euros, of the 400 million euro budget, to create a residential rental platform comprising 1,500 units.
Nuva Living’s acquisitions to date include a 160-home turnkey new-build residential complex in Valdemoro, promoted by Ten Brinke; a building in Atocha with 55 homes, owned by Bank of America; and an asset comprising 77 units in Tetuán, also owned by the North American financial entity.
