The Núñez i Navarro Group has started marketing one of the buildings it acquired in Barcelona before the crisis to convert it into a residential asset. The property is located at number 125 Paseo de Gracia, a prime area of Barcelona for the residential sector. Its two facades, the main one overlooking Paseo de Gràcia and the rear one overlooking Riera de Sant Miquel, are part of the original complex and are protected by Barcelona City Council’s Department of Architectural, Historical and Artistic Heritage.
