The NH Hoteles chain has signed an agreement with the French real estate company Covivio to manage eight of its luxury hotels in Europe. The contract, which was first announced in January, grants the operation of its establishments located in Florence, Rome, Nice, Prague, Venice (2) and Budapest (2).
Following the completion of an intensive Capex repositioning investment program financed by Covivio, “the eight hotels will be operated by the NH Hotel Group under the Anantara, NH Collection and NH brands”, explained the hotel group in a statement to the CNMV.
