The property developer Neinor Homes has resumed the purchase of new land to allow it “to consolidate its development business and ensure the visibility of its delivery plan over the next few years”, according to the company. During the last quarter of 2020, Neinor Homes closed the acquisition of two new plots in Madrid and Valencia, which will allow it to increase its housing portfolio by more than 250 units.
In the first case, the plot is located in Retamar de la Huerta, between Boadilla del Monte and Villaviciosa de Odón. It spans an area of 30,000 m2 for the construction of more than 200 units, including both single-family and multi-family homes.
