Neinor Homes is expanding beyond Madrid… but it’s not venturing far from the Spanish capital. Specifically, it is reinforcing its presence in Guadalajara with the commercialisation of two new residential complexes that will join the nine developments that it already has for sale in the province. The joint investment in these developments, known as Acebeda Homes and Terra Homes, amounts to almost 30 million euros to build a total of 147 homes.
Acebeda Homes is going to be located in Guadalajara capital, with an investment exceeding 12 million euros. The project has already been granted its building permit and construction is expected to begin in January 2023.
