The voluntary repurchase of Neinor Homes’s Green Bond has now been completed. During the process, the firm has increased its offer to 130 million euros, versus the 100 million euros initially planned. The offer closed at an average price of 94.58%, which represents a Yield-to-Maturity of 6.2%.
Considering the repurchases carried out in the market for a nominal value of 27 million euros, Neinor has managed to repurchase a total of 157 million euros, equivalent to 52% of the total issue, with the objective of cancelling the debt.
