Neinor Homes has started work on a new development in the Balearic Islands: Sa Llosa Homes. This new residential project is located in the Menorcan municipality of Es Mercadal and will involve an investment of more than 28 million euros. The company expects the properties to be delivered in the fourth quarter of 2024.
The promotion is located on a 30,000 m2 plot and consists of 50 chalets, with surface areas ranging from 190 to 240 m2. Each home will have between 3 and 4 bedrooms, an independent swimming pool on a plot spanning more than 350 m2, security services and access control. One feature is the easy access to the nearby Macar de Sa Llosa cove, via Camí de Cavalls, with views over the cliffs and which gives the residential complex its name.
