Neinor Homes has demonstrated its commitment to the residential and rental market in Cataluna with the announcement that it is going to invest more than 236 million euros in the development of the ARE Montesa plan, in the Barcelona town of Esplugues de Llobregat. That figure includes the cost of acquiring the land and the planned investment to develop the promotions.
Specifically, the company has acquired 43% of the buildable surface area in the sector, where it will develop 869 homes, plus another 14,358 square metres of commercial space.
