The island of Zorrozaure in Bilbao is shaping up to be a new residential area in the Basque city. Neinor Homes has awarded the construction company ACR the contract to execute its Zorrozaurre Homes development, located in a strategic enclave on the Nervión River. All of the homes will be allocated for rent.
This project is part of a master plan to transform the island of Zorrozaurre, designed by the prestigious architect Zaha Hadid, whose objective is to turn the island into an expansion of Bilbao’s own growth plans, with all kinds of academic, health and business facilities.
