
The Tender Committee and the Board of Directors of Habitatge Metròpolis Barcelona (HMB) have selected four companies to proceed to the second phase for selecting a private partner to become part of a public-private partnership that will be the first joint venture of its kind to build affordable rental housing in the Barcelona metropolitan area.
Habyco – Construcciones Rubau-, Oaktree – SDIN Residencial – Sogeviso (from the Banco Sabadell group), Cevasa – Neinor Homes – and Visoren are the firms that have progressed through to the second phase of the tender after proving that they meet the solvency requirements.
