The Community of Valencia is one of the major focuses for new housing in Spain. A study by the consulting firm Activum estimates that 5,200 homes will be developed in the region over the next few years.
The supply will be distributed mainly between the neighbourhoods of Quatre Carreres (46%), the star of the developments; Campanar (13.8%); Patraix (10%) and Benicalap (9.9%). These four neighbourhoods will together see the construction of almost 4,200 new homes, which represents almost 80% of the total new-build supply in Valencia.
