Naturgy has divested a plot of land located opposite the Google Campus in Madrid. Dazeo, the residential joint venture created by Dazia Capital and the French fund Eurazeo Patrimoine, is the buyer.
The joint venture has paid around 15 million euros for the plot, which is located on Calle Mazarredo, in the Arganzuela district, according to sources in the sector speaking to elEconomista.
