Mutualidad de Abogacía is intensifying its investments. The insurance company for legal professionals has bought a stake in the hotel Socimi Millenium as part of that firm’s latest capital increase.
The insurer has acquired 5,855,055 shares for a value of 23.42 million euros. This represents a 5.046% stake in the hotel entity, which is listed on BME Growth.
