Mutualidad de la Abogacía has announced the purchase of the property located at number 4 Calle Preciados in Madrid from Patrizia AG.
The property, which was completely renovated in 2007, spans a retail area of 2,560 m2, distributed over six floors (five of which span more than 400 m2 each) and a basement.
