Mutualidad de la Abogacía has expanded its investments with a significant purchase of rental housing. Specifically, the consortium of lawyers has acquired 15% of the Socimi Advero, which is listed on BME Growth. In total, the lawyers have disbursed 6.5 million euros for their stake.
The operation has been articulated through a capital increase amounting to 6.5 million euros, through the issuance of 679,576 new shares at 9.5 euros per share.
