The investment group MP Capital is expanding its asset portfolio after acquiring industrial land located in the San Marcos Industrial Estate, in the Madrid municipality of Getafe, where it will build a warehouse.
The plot has 7,500 square metres and will house a last-mile logistics warehouse of around 4,000 square metres. The new development is expected to be completed in the last quarter of the current financial year.
Inmoking Real Estate advised on the transaction, whose amount was not disclosed.
