The real estate market is gaining momentum. Specifically, the signing of mortgages grew by 24.1% in December, according to the National Institute of Statistics. The average ticket of those loans was 138,189 euros, 1.5% more than in December 2020.
69% of the signings related to housing, 22.1% to other urban assets, 6.3% to land and 2.7% to rural properties.
