The Living sector has multiplied fivefold in the last 9 years to account for 29% of all real estate investment across Europe and 23% of total real estate investment in Spain.
In 2021, 2.959 billion euros of living assets were transacted, which represented an increase of 13% compared to 2020; moreover, the outlook for 2022 is very positive. That was one of the main conclusions to emerge from the “Trends 2022” event, organized by CBRE in Valencia, which focused on market analysis and trends in the Living sector.
