Compañía de Phalsbourg, the Spanish subsidiary of the French real estate group Compagnie de Phalsbourg, has decided to postpone the inauguration of its first shopping centre in Spain, Open Sky, until after the summer “due to the current situation caused by the coronavirus pandemic”. After delaying the opening once before, the French company had been planning to inaugurate its first project in Spain, located in the Madrilenian town of Torrejón de Ardoz, in April or May.

The company has also implemented an exceptional measure in France; it has decided to waive one month’s worth of rent for all of its non-food establishment clients, which have been forced to close their doors to the public at this time.
