Moratalaz, Les Corts and Benimaclet, the Districts Where Prices Rise by the Most in Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia

The average price of second-hand housing in Spain in June 2020 was 1,691 euros per m2, down by 1.17% since December 2019, according to the portal pisos.com.

House prices are continuing their downward trend in a very moderate way. According to Ferran Font, Head of Research at pisos.com, “the adjustments that are being made are taking place in the unique context of the coronavirus pandemic”.

According to the half-yearly house price report from pisos.com, the average price of second-hand housing in Spain in June 2020 was 1,691 euros per square meter. That figure represented a drop of -1.17% compared to December 2019, but an increase of 0.08% compared to the first quarter.
