The logistics developer Montepino will soon hand over a platform spanning more than 53,200 m2 in Torija, in the province of Guadalajara, to the operator Geodis, according to reports on Monday from Invertica Real Estate, which has advised the operation.
The building, which has been constructed on a plot spanning more than 110,000 m2, has two manoeuvring bays with loading docks and a maximum height inside of 13.7 m. In addition, it has a service building adjoining the main façade spanning 2,800 m2.
