Montepino is expanding its portfolio. The logistics platform, which is owned by Bankinter Investments and managed by Valfondo, is going to build a new logistics warehouse in Zaragoza.
The company has purchased land from the Public Entity for Business Land (SEPES). Taking into account, the cost of development, it is going to invest 150 million euros in promoting the new logistics complex.
