MK Premium has purchased a plot of land spanning 4,300 m2 in the centre of Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona) for €2.8 million.

The plot is located on Avenida Carrilet 278 and may be used for various projects, including the construction of a residential development or a hotel. Alternatively, MK Premium may decide to resell the land to a property developer once all of the relevant licences have been processed.

This is MK Premium’s first purchase of 2020. The company led by Daniel Leiva plans to make more purchases this year as well as open four new offices in Palma de Mallorca, Valencia, Málaga and Sevilla to join those that it already has in Barcelona, Madrid, Porto and Lisbon.
