During the month of December, the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and the Urban Agenda signed 12 agreements with the Community of Valencia and the City Councils of Valencia, Sagunto, Mutxamel, Cheste, Benetússer, Alicante and Aldaia to forge ahead with the program to promote the stock of affordable and social rental housing under the framework of the State Housing Plan 2018-2021.
In total, six agreements were signed in the municipality of Valencia, which will see the development of 213 rental homes; one agreement was signed in the municipality of Sagunto to promote 114 rental homes; one agreement was signed in the municipality of Mutxamel to promote six rental homes; one agreement was signed in the municipality of Cheste to resume the development of 10 rental homes; one agreement was signed in Benetússer to renovate 14 homes for rent; one agreement was signed in the municipality of Alicante to resume the construction of 14 homes for rent; and one agreement was signed in Aldaia also to resume the development of nine homes for rent.
