Millenium is focusing its attention on Marbella through an agreement with Platinum. The hotel Socimi has disbursed 6.7 million euros to reserve the option to purchase the plot where the future luxury Hotel W Marbella is going to be built, according to El Confidencial.
Platinum Estates has sold the plot to the company directed by Javier Illán or, at least, has already advanced part of the payment, pending the final bureaucratic and urban procedures. The property still needs the Junta de Andalucía to grant final approval in November for the project presented by Platinum, which consists of the construction of a hotel and luxury residence.
