The Socimi Millenium is gaining strength in the heart of Madrid, the nerve centre of luxury tourism in the Spanish capital. The company has just announced the purchase of the Hotel Iberostar Las Letras Gran Vía in Madrid for 70 million euros plus transaction costs.
The operation has been communicated to the market and, according to Millenium itself, has been fully financed using its own funds.
