The Basque family office Grupo Cosimet has sold a logistics warehouse in Figueruelas (Zaragoza) to Mileway, one of the most active logistics investors in the market. Located in the p-6 sector of the municipality’s industrial estate, the property spans 29,900 square metres. According to sources speaking to Brainsre.news, the consideration paid has not been revealed yet.
The operation has been advised by the consulting firm CBRE, whose National Director of Industrial and Logistics, Alberto Larrazábal, notes that this is “one of the most important operations in the industrial and logistics sector in Zaragoza in recent years. We are very happy to have the opportunity to continue growing hand in hand with Aragón and to collaborate in this strategic region with the development and positioning of its logistics offering. It is undoubtedly an opportunity that we want to continue to form a part of”.
