Mileway, a vehicle owned by Blackstone specialising in last-mile logistics, has completed the purchase of Gallastegui’s logistics assets in Spain. The price of the transaction has not been disclosed.
Through this transaction, the US fund firm has acquired four cross-docking assets spanning a total of 13,000 square metres. All of the assets are located in privileged last-mile locations in the main logistics hubs in Spain.
