The logistics group Mileway has acquired eleven industrial and logistics warehouses in the province of Barcelona.
The transaction was negotiated for an undisclosed price. The assets have more than 12,000 square metres. Nine of the eleven spaces are currently leased.
One of the warehouses, a logistics facility, is located in L’Ametlla Park, in the municipality of L’Ametlla del Vallès, and has a surface area of 2,929 m2. The other ten industrial warehouses are located in Terrassa and have a total surface area of 9,429 m2.
BNP Paribas Real Estate advised the buyer.
