Metrovacesa, the property developer owned by Banco Santander and BBVA, has sold a build-to-rent residential complex to the investment fund AIG, according to sources speaking to Brainsre.news.
In total, the transaction comprises 147 homes and 5 commercial premises. This is the second phase of Residencial Q, a new-build development with homes measuring between 74m2 and 153m2, with between 1 and 4 bedrooms, facing various directions. In addition, the complex has a community pool, a children’s play area and gardens, as well as parking spaces and storage rooms.
