Metrovacesa, relaunched two years ago from the residential division of the former real estate company and the portfolios of its shareholder banks (Santander, BBVA and the now-defunct Popular), has launched a new campaign with the aim of reviving sales in the midst of the Covid crisis -19, which has confined all Spaniards to their homes. The campaign, which includes several initiatives offers all customers making a deposit to reserve a home with the property developer during the month of April the option of requesting the full refund of that amount at no cost until 30 May.
The company is continuing to work electronically, “offering advice and showcasing its homes through video calls and virtual tours”, given the situation that the country is going through due to the coronavirus.
