The listed property developer Metrovacesa is going to build a new 96-home development in Viladecans (Barcelona). The one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom flats will be located in two standalone buildings comprising five and seven storeys each. The project will receive a total investment of 22 million euros.
The homes will all have parking spaces for cars and motorcycles, as well as storage rooms. Construction will begin in the third quarter of 2021 and is scheduled to end in 2023. Each home will have its own terrace and, in the common areas, there will be garden areas, a swimming pool, a children’s play area and a padel tennis court. The architecture studio in charge of the project is Batlle & Roig.
