Metrovacesa is consolidating its presence in Cataluña, a region where it now has more than 1,600 units in operation. In its latest move, the property developer is commercialising a new promotion in Manresa, where it already has 234 homes. Nova Alcoholera is going to be Metrovacesa’s new residential complex, for which it has earmarked 20 million euros.
Nova Alcoholera will consist of two buildings comprising 98 homes in total with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms. According to the property developer’s website, delivery of the homes is scheduled for the first half of 2025.
