Metrovacesa has begun construction of the Itamar residential complex, located in Almerimar, in El Ejido (Almería). The project comprises 115 homes distributed across two phases and located on the beachfront.
For the development of this promotion, the company plans to invest almost 24 million euros. The complex responds to the demand for new housing that has been increasingly building up in Almería. In the same way, it highlights the promoter’s commitment to the Almerimar sector, where it recently completed another project, Residencial Aria, whereby adding a total of 199 new units to the area.
