Metrovacesa has started to market its first project in Martorell called La Sinia Martorell, comprising 106 homes distributed over two buildings.
For the implementation of this project, the property developer is going to invest more than 22 million euros. La Sinia Martorell, which has been designed by the Catalan architecture studio BAMMP, comprises houses with 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, spanning between 40 and 110 square metres. It is located in La Sínia, a new, up-and-coming neighbourhood in Martorell, just a stone’s throw from the city centre.
