Metrovacesa has recently started marketing its new residential project, called Tetuán, in Sabadell in the province of Barcelona.
The new project, in which the property developer is investing 18.6 million euros, is made up of 84 multi-family homes with between one and four bedrooms, 16 of which will be sold under the official protected-housing regime. The homes have useful surface areas spanning between 40 m2 and 110 m2.
