Metrovacesa has made its debut in the city of Granada with the acquisition of residential land owned by the Junta de Andalucía on which it plans to build up to 200 homes. Specifically, the property developer has bought two plots, located in the Cuartel Mondragones sector, in which it has made an initial investment of more than 15 million euros. It will then make additional investments for the development of the project.

The plots span a surface area of 6,330 m2 in total and are classified as developable residential use, for the construction of more than 500 homes. Specifically, Metrovacesa’s project envisages the development of around 200 private homes, which will be added to the more than 300 subsidised homes that the Junta de Andalucía is going to promote in the same sector. The promoter’s plans also include garages, large common spaces and recreation areas.
