Metrovacesa has started work on the construction of Imspira Phase 3, its new development in the city of Lleida, in the Parc de l’Aigua area. With this last phase, the property developer will complete the construction of the Residencial Imspira complex.
This last phase will comprise 75 homes with between two and four bedrooms, including ground-floor properties with a private garden, homes on intermediate floors with large terraces and penthouses. In total, it will involve an investment of 15.9 million euros.
