Metrovacesa is starting work on the Canary Islands. The property developer announced on Monday that it is beginning the construction of Residencial Sansofí, a project comprising 65 new-build homes located in the heart of the expansion zone of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. The residential complex will involve an investment of 14.4 million euros and the building work is scheduled for completion in 2024.
The residential project is made up of 65 multi-family homes with between one and four bedrooms, including several duplexes on the top floor. In addition, all the houses have a terrace, and the common areas are equipped with a swimming pool, gym and garden area for the use of all residents.
